MIGUEL NÁJERA

Miguel Nájera (Mexico, 1993)

Miguel is a self-made filmmaker who has focused his work on exploring the emotional response to environments and space through the language of film. With his short film Tetlalli, he recently won the Audience Award at the 58th Ann Arbor Film Festival, one of the most relevant avant-garde and experimental film festivals to date.

He has also worked as a 2D and 3D animator, and, in more recent years, he has translated this experience into game development, where he continues to explore environment driven narratives within the language of games.

Currently, Miguel has two feature films under development and one full-length videogame.
